The Benefits of Change

This is my first rudimentary attempt at creating a podcast. I am working with bare minimum technology here, so you will have to bear with me. I think that the sound quality ended up okay though, so that really was a good thing. While I was a bit anxious doing the first one I've ever done, I also had a great time doing it, so you can count on seeing more of these in the future. Podcasts also give me the opportunity to talk about things in more detail, rather than simply writing about them, so that was a huge positive of doing this podcast.
This podcast was about the benefits of change and learning some simple steps about how you can create change in your own life. Change is a difficult thing to create and many of the socially anxious believe that it is not even possible, so it seemed necessary to shed some light on this issue.
In this podcast, five main points are highlighted: change is hard, the enormous potential for change everyone has in their lives, why to change, who can change, and how to change. Using these five principles, it will be possible for anyone who chooses to do so to change for the better. It's not an easy process by any means, but as the topic hints, there are amazing benefits to be gained from change.
I really would like to hear your feedback about this podcast. It went about as well as a first podcast could go in my mind, but I am sure that there are tons of places for improvement. I had hoped to make the podcast about 30 minutes in length at maximum, but I ended up running 40 minutes, so I would really appreciate your feedback on the length! Please use the comment form below, or feel free to e-mail me and let me know your thoughts. In the mean time, thanks for giving it a listen!
