social anxiety groups?

where could you find social anxiety groups where people meet and talk about what is going on in their lives and whatnot? i never hear of them really!

i go to one that i found at my local library....a bunch of strange people come, but it really helps me, although things are still tough right now.

Lol, i'd add to that "a bunch of overly enthusiastic people arrive, with a keen interest in going out". Which is odd, because its supposed to be a social anxiety group
