I have been experiencig very extreme anxiety, i think panic attacks for some time now. i totally lose any sense of being here on planet earth. i feel as though i can see the world for what it really is. i can see the truth, how things actually are. does anyone else experience this, and how do they get along with it all?

i'm not sure if your having a panic attack or not. i do know that when my anxiety gets incredibly intense, to the pont where i can't handle it anymore, i tend to "derealize" and feel like i am going to a different planet. it's funky, and i have heard it can happen with panic attacks as well. hope this helps and don't be afraid to pm me if you want to chat about it.
