Hi everyone,

I would like your opinions on paying for an anxiety group. I have found one that costs approximately $80 per session, and my insurance may or may not cover it. Do you guys think its worth it or am I better off trying to locate a free one?

I think $80 is definitely worth it, IF it works for you. You should look for a free one, but I would definitely go with the $80 one before too long. It's no fun at all to have social anxiety/phobia. I pretty much avoid people at the moment, but I'm trying to work on that; I have been thinking about it recently myself, joining a group. Good luck to you! :)
