Well, after a hiatus of about six to seven months, I've decided to recommit to growing this website. Why did I leave? Well, very generally, things in life just became too great for me to include this website. I was working 25 hours per week, interning 15 or so, going to class, and my wife was having and is continuing to have health problems. There was just too much other stuff going on and I had to take a break from this site.
However, during that break, I have gained additional life experience and continue to come to the conclusion that the best thing in life for me to do is to become an entrepreneur. Running a website for social anxiety sufferers combines my primary passion for helping people with my secondary passion of entrepreneurship.
I have done the best that I can to answer questions in the mean time, but now I am ready to work on this site on a part-time basis (it does not yet provide near enough income to make a living).
Finally, I have not encountered another website that is like the Anxiety Support Network in any way, and for that reason, I sincerely believe that something that is good for people can be created here. Please come to me with any and all of your questions, no matter how silly they may seem to you, and please let anyone that would benefit from this site know about its existence. I hope that all the loyal supporters are well, and that all new people find this to be a helpful and reaffirming place.
