Read it here and learn how exercise reduces anxiety! Did you know that exercise reduces anxiety?

Have you heard different data? Think the article blows? Does the author need a different hobby? Please give me feedback!

I have never really looked into exercise as an effective tool for anything besides being in shape. After reading this article I can only think of one thing, an example from my own life. When my wife was pregnant, we did a lot of walking to make sure she was staying fit. We walked for incredible distances near the end of the pregnancy to try and get things to move along. During those few weeks, I noticed that I stopped chewing my fingernails. I don't think of myself as someone that suffers from anxiety, but I do know that I have some stress related habits that go along with teaching. Less than a week after the baby came, and we stopped walking, and I noticed I started chewing my nails again. This is just one personal example that I can share to help support this article.
