One word of caution for you is that none of these products should be viewed as the solution to anxiety that you cannot do without - they all can help a little in their own way, but they are a means, not an end. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;About 6 weeks ago I sent you an e-mail stating that the Anxiety Support Network would be opening THE ONLY ON THE INTERNET with products intended especially for anxiety sufferers.  This is still going to happen, however, due to my inability to get the store finished up on time, I am pushing the opening date back from July 15, 2011 to July 25, 2011. I have thoroughly researched the internet and have found no other one-stop shop for anxiety sufferers!  I am anticipating having the store open by July 15, 2011, and perhaps earlier if all goes well.

Keep in mind that no one product should be viewed as a solution to anxiety, but rather, each product may be a part of a whole, that is that it will help to reduce your anxiety to a lesser amount than it was in the past. Many of us afflicted with a persistent and difficult health condition such as social anxiety disorder often spend most of our time in some sort of cycle of negativity.  We know that things will never work out the way we had hoped, and very often we are convinced that the outcome which is &quot;least bad&quot; will happen, rather than a good one.&lt;br&gt;

During times like these where nothing is really going our way, it is important to keep in mind that one of the tools that can be used to break these cycles of negativity is having gratitude for what is going well. Once you are able to find things to be grateful for in your life, it breaks that cycle of negativity and opens you up to the possibility that things can be better. Many of us afflicted with a persistent and difficult health condition such as social anxiety disorder often spend most of our time in some sort of cycle of negativity.  We know that things will never work out the way we had hoped, and very often we are convinced that the outcome which is &quot;least bad&quot; will happen, rather than a good one.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
During times like these where nothing is really going our way, it is important to keep in mind that one of the tools that can be used to break these cycles of negativity is having gratitude for what is going well.  Some people will of course object that nothing is going well, but after close examination, everyone has something to be thankful for.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Once you are able to find things to be grateful for in your life, it breaks that cycle of negativity and opens you up to the possibility that things can be better.  Take a look in your life right now - do you have good physical health, a roof over your head, a steady paycheck, a new friend, a love interest, or an improving relationship with a family member?  If you do, then you have something to be grateful for, and keep in mind there are lots of people who do not have what you have right now.&lt;br&gt;

So, ask yourself right now, &quot;What do I have to be grateful for today?&quot; and begin breaking that destructive cycle of negativity.

Many of us afflicted with a persistent and difficult health condition such as social anxiety disorder often spend most of our time in some sort of cycle of negativity. During times like these where nothing is really going our way, it is important to keep in mind that one of the tools that can be used to break these cycles of negativity is having gratitude for what is going well. Once you are able to find things to be grateful for in your life, it breaks that cycle of negativity and opens you up to the possibility that things can be better. One thing that many of us will learn is that making the choice to live healthy is not an easy one.  For many of us, we will have significant others, parents, or close friends who suddenly begin to raise their eyebrows after they see the changes we are making in our lives.&lt;br&gt;

For those of us struggling to get better from anxiety, keep in mind that this is part of the growth process.  While people may look at us as being unusual compared to the way we once were, these people will eventually see how much happier and confident we feel.&lt;br&gt;

Even though some of our changes might be questioned, once people see that we are in fact doing better, they will reduce their suspicion and increase their support.  If you are having a trying time like this right now, please keep this in mind.  Talk to your supportive friends and vent your emotions and keep in mind that at this moment, patience is key. One thing that many of us will learn is that making the choice to live healthy is not an easy one.  For many of us, we will have significant others, parents, or close friends who suddenly begin to raise their eyebrows after they see the changes we are making in our lives.&lt;br&gt;

For those of us struggling to get better from anxiety, keep in mind that this is part of the growth process.  While people may look at us as being unusual compared to the way we once were, these people will eventually see how much happier and confident we feel.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Even though some of our changes might be questioned, once people see that we are in fact doing better, they will reduce their suspicion and increase their support.  If you are having a trying time like this right now, please keep this in mind.  Talk to your supportive friends and vent your emotions and keep in mind that at this moment, patience is key. One thing that many of us will learn is that making the choice to live healthy is not an easy one.  For many of us, we will have significant others, parents, or close friends who suddenly begin to raise their eyebrows after they see the changes we are making in our lives.&lt;br&gt;

For those of us struggling to get better from anxiety, keep in mind that this is part of the growth process.  While people may look at us as being unusual compared to the way we once were, these people will eventually see how much happier and confident we feel.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Even though some of our changes might be questioned, once people see that we are in fact doing better, they will reduce their suspicion and increase their support.  If you are having a trying time like this right now, please keep this in mind.  Talk to your supportive friends and vent your emotions and keep in mind that at this moment, patience is key.
