Looking for a meaningful life, healthy friends, a romantic partner, or perhaps just a little more relaxation? You'll be able to find it with my help! Everyone is offered a 30-minute introductory session. Go here for further details!

The next major update available is podcasts. I promised you they would happen, and they did! I would love to hear your positive and negative feedback! Check out the first ever ASN podcast, The Benefits of Change, right here!

The third major update available is an RSS feed. Like always, please provide me feedback, positive or negative, on what you think of it.
Healthy Living

One thing that many of us will learn is that making the choice to live healthy is not an easy one. For many of us, we will have significant others, parents, or close friends who suddenly begin to raise their eyebrows after they see the changes we are making in our lives.

For those of us struggling to get better from anxiety, keep in mind that this is part of the growth process. While people may look at us as being unusual compared to the way we once were, these people will eventually see how much happier and confident we feel.

Even though some of our changes might be questioned, once people see that we are in fact doing better, they will reduce their suspicion and increase their support. If you are having a trying time like this right now, please keep this in mind. Talk to your supportive friends and vent your emotions and keep in mind that at this moment, patience is key. Hang in there and always remember you can stop by the Anxiety Support Network if you are feeling overwhelmed.
